Floor Reinforcement and Replace Technique of Shield Cutter Teeth Under High-rise Building

结合深圳地铁2号线2204标盾构项目,通过砂浆置换和超前小导管注浆加固地层,建立土仓内正面土压力平衡,并辅以地面沉降监测,利用监测数据指导施工,实现了常压下开仓换刀,对同类工程在常压下检查、更换刀具具有借鉴意义。

Based on construction of bid 2204 of Shenzhen metro line 2, use integral displaced with mortar and grouting with leading conduit to reinforce soil, this will establish soil pressure balance in front of cutter head, technician through land subsidence monitoring to get the monitoring data and use the data to guide construction, those methods realizes replacing of cutting teeth under atmospheric Pressure, the paper can be served as reference for similar cases in the future.
