基于DELPHI的定量注射器检定装置

目前国内还没有专业的定量注射器检定装置,基本都依靠国外进口来实现,但进口设备相当昂贵,大大增加了检定成本。针对这种情况,本文基于DELPHI语言,利用赛多利斯高精度电子天平CP225D,并通过串行通信的方式,开发研制了一种集设置、采集、导出于一体的定量注射器检定装置。系统测试结果表明,本装置操作简便,性能稳定,数据可靠,符合检定要求。

Now there is no professional microinfusion pump test device interiorly, we basically rely on foreign imports, but the imported equipments ＂are so expensive which greatly increase the cost of test. In view of this situation, the paper develops a mieroinfusion pump test device with settings, collection and export based on DELPHI language by using Sartorius CP225D weigher and the serial communication. The test results indicate that this device is simple, stable, reliable, and meet the test requirements.
