摘要
目前玻璃生产中,为提高熔化率,保持重油等燃料的充分燃烧,其中助燃风量的比例控制方式有多种,对几种助燃风机风量的调节模式进行节能分析,提出应充分利用变频调速调节风量,减少调节阀调节风量,节能降耗。
At present, in order to improve the production of glass melting rate, keep sufficient burning fuels such as heavy, including combustion proportional control air, there are many means of several combustion air models for fan energy analysis, propose should make full use of variable frequency speed regulation, reduce the regulator adjusting air volume, saving energy and reducing consumption.
