An improper usage of medicament into circulatory cooling water led to a mass bubbles. Water ,together with bubbles through the outlet air from air cooling tower entered molecular sieve adsorber ,which disabled its adsorption of water. As a result, the air separation unit had to be parked. The process and analysis have been introduced. Treatment and precautions are also presented.
