论中国大学学报现状与改革切入点

Studies on the Status Quo and Reform Breakthrough Point of Chinese University Journals

近年来,学术期刊界、理论界对大学学报的责难之声不绝于耳。但通过对中国大学学报的历史考察、系列权威数据比对、大学学报功能研究、学报特色反思以及中西方学术期刊比较,明显发现我国的大学学报业绩辉煌;应该科学认识大学学报的使命;我国大学综合性学报的存在是合理的,有其存在必然性;应尊重学报发展规律,所谓"全、散、小、弱",有其客观必然性;与世界水平和发达国家比较,我国的学术期刊不是多了,而是严重匮乏。我国大学学报的出路应该从攸关质量的审稿入手,进行改革。

The status quo of the university journals has recently been much censured in the theory circle and in the field of academic journals.A survey of the history of the university journals in China,a series of comparison of authoritative data,an analysis on the function of university journals,some reflections on their features as well as a contrast between journals at home and abroad have been carried out in this paper,and on this basis,it is believed that achievements in the field of university journals in China has been outstanding;the mission of university journals needs being viewed more scientifically;natural laws for the come-into-being and development of university journals should not be ignored and such features as being inclusive,dispersing,minor and inferior have their objective reasons;compared with the situation in the developed countries and the world average level in this field,university journals in our country are far from being excessive,instead,they are still in great demand.Reflections on the views of featured journals tell that the key to run university journals successfully is to start with the reviewing of the manuscript.
