摘要
阐述了采用应变式不锈钢膜片设计智能测井流速传感器的原理、结构设计、信号放大电路、电压/频率变换电路、电源载波调制电路的设计原理和工作特点,提出了一套智能化油井注入液体流速检测方案。实验结果表明,该技术方案可行,并展望了在石油生产中的应用和发展前景。
Design principle of intelligent current transducer by resistance strain type stainless steel diaphragm,and managing characteristics of the structure of the velocity measuring sensors,signal magnifying circuit,voltage/frequency converting circuit,power carry wave modulation circuit are expouded.A series of program for the intelligent measurement of the current velocity of the injected liquid into oil well are put forward.The results of experiment show this technology project is available,and its application on petroleum industry and prospects for the twenty-first century.
