摘要
热丝法传感器性能取决于热丝的材料和规格,同时受到传感器的结构和测量数学模型的影响。选用新的热丝材料,对传感器结构作合理改进,采用引线补偿和温度补偿完善其数学模型,研制出新型传感器。应用于大型井式渗碳炉气氛控制取得了良好的效果,其测量准确性和精度得到提高,与传统结构传感器相比寿命长、灵敏度和重现性得以改善。
The hot wire sensor perporties are decided by the wire material and specification, and also affected by its structure and measuring mathematic model. A new type sensor was made by choosing a new material wire,using the compensation lead wire and compansation the temperature, remaking its structure, and modifing mathermatic model. The results using in the large feed carburizition furnace show that the measuring accuracy and precision are increased. The service life was longer the sensitility and the repeatility were improved.
