摘要
主要论述了溶液掺杂法制备掺Tm 3+ 单模石英光纤的技术和工艺:Tm3+ 掺杂浓度、脱水过程、Tm 3+ 沿光纤芯部剖面掺杂分布的控制。
In this paper,we mainly describe the fabrication of thulium doped SM silica fiber by using solution doping technique,including the control of Tm 3+ dopant comcentration,the drying process and Tm 3+ distribution in the cross section of the fiber core.The optimum design of relevant parameters of the fiber have also been discussed.
