摘要
以具有三维孔道的SBA-1分子筛为载体,在其表面原位反应制备S·SnO_2/SBA-1催化剂。将合成的催化剂样品用于醛的氧化酯化反应,结果表明,在以过氧化氢为氧化剂的较温和反应条件下,S·SnO_2/SBA-1不仅可有效催化芳香醛氧化酯化反应,还可高效催化饱和醛和醇类反应,尤其对于一些长链的饱和醇有良好的催化活性。
S · SnOE/SBA-1 catalyst was prepared by the reaction on the surface of SBA-1 mesoporous molecular sieves and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The as-prepared catalyst was used in the oxidative esterification of aldehydes. The results showed that S · SnOE/SBA-1 could effectively catalyze not only the oxidative esterification of aromatic aldehydes, but also the reaction of saturated aldehydes and alcohols, especially, some long-chain alcohols under the mild reaction condition and using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant.
