摘要
在提出一种钻杆带压钻孔机结构及工作原理的基础上,建立了刀杆的力学模型,用强度理论及拉扭杆失稳理论对刀杆进行计算校核;分析了影响刀杆应力及变形的诸多因素,在刀杆直径一定时,密封钻杆的压力、钻削进给量以及扶正台阶数是导致刀杆失效的主要因素。研究结果可为钻孔机设计提供参考依据及理论支撑。
A structure and work principle for drilling machine of di ted. Based on the mechanical model for arbor, the strength theory plied to analysis and checking the strength. The influence factors dill pipe under pressure is presen and instability theory for stress and deforma were ap tlon were discussed, which proved that sealing pressure, feed rate and the number of righting step were main failure factors for arbor when the diameter is a fixed value.
