摘要
在修井作业中,处理卡泵井通常采用杆管同步上提或使用倒扣器的方法,存在安全隐患和材料浪费。介绍了CBZ型抽油杆安全保护装置的结构和工作原理。在大庆油田采油三厂应用表明,该装置在油井正常生产时能够满足载荷需要;在因卡泵修井作业时,通过加大提升载荷,能够连续3次安全地断开抽油杆与抽油泵活塞的连接,实现抽油杆正常起下作业;具有耐疲劳、结构简单、实用性强的特点和较好的推广应用前景。
During workover operation, synchronizing lift-up of tubing and rod or unscrew was nor- mally used for the down hole pump blocked,which the hidden safety and material waste exist. The structure and working mechanics of CBZ protecting device is introduced. It can bear high fatigue, is simple of structure and practical. The practical application showed its capability in heavy load, and higher lifting load, during down hole pump blocked, was succeeded. Rod disconnection and connecting pump rod were successes so as to safely implement tripping operation. It has wider ap- plication.
