胃间质瘤的CT表现及诊断价值探讨

CT Diagnosis of Gastric Stromal Tumors

目的探讨CT对胃间质瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的13例胃间质瘤的CT资料。结果病变向腔内生长4例,向腔外生长6例,向腔内外同时生长3例。CT平扫呈均匀或不均匀软组织肿块,其内可出现坏死、出血及钙化,增强扫描病灶有不同程度强化,13例胃间质瘤中8例良性,5例恶性。结论 CT在胃间质瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中有一定的局限性。

Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumor（GST）.Methods The CT images of 13 cases of GSTs confirmed operatively and pathologically were reviewed and analyzed.Results The lesions included endoluminal growth in 4 cases,extraluminal growth in 6 cases and duplex growth in 3 cases.Homogeneous or inhomogeneous density were showed,which associated with necrosis,hemorrhage and calcification.After contrast,different degrees of enhancement were observed.8 GSTs were benign,the other 5 cases were potentially malignant.Conclusions CT imaging had limitation in differential diagnosis for malignant and benign GSTs.
