摘要
目的探讨自体结膜移植在复发性翼状胬肉中的疗效及复发率观察。方法显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除加自体结膜移植27例共44眼,并随访1～6月,统计复发率。结果复发2例3眼,失访3例3眼,复发率7.4%。结论自体结膜移植是一种治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect and recurrence rate of autologous conjunctival transplantation for recurrent pterygium.Methods 27 patients（44 eyes）were underwent pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival transplantation under the microscope.All cases were followed up 1-6 months and the recurrence rate was counted.Results 3 eyes of 2 patients recurred,3 eyes of 3 patients were lost.The recurrence rate was 7.4%.Conclusions Autologous conjunctival transplantation was an effective method to treat the recurrent pterygium.
