河南汉族大学生群体ABO血型分布

Distribution of ABO blood groups in college students of Henan Han population

目的调查河南汉族大学生群体的ABO血型分布状况。方法应用红细胞凝集法测定ABO血型,并统计分析ABO血型的表型及等位基因的分布情况。结果河南汉族大学生ABO血型频率B型为34.32%,O型为28.73%,A型为28.39%,AB型为8.56%,等位基因频率r(O)为54.67%,p(A)为20.74%,q(B)为24.59%。男女生之间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河南汉族大学生ABO血型分布特征B型>O型>A型>AB型,与性别无关。

Objective To investigate the distributive character of ABO blood groups in college students of Henan Han population.Methods ABO blood groups were detected with red cell agglutinate method and the distribution of ABO blood type was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results In college students of Henan Han population,the distributions of the ABO blood groups were B（34.32%）,O（28.73%）,A（28.39%）,AB（8.56%） and the allele frequencies was r（O）54.67%,p（A）20.74%,q（B）24.59%.There was no significant difference in the distribution of ABO blood groups between males and females（P0.05）.Conclusion The college students of Henan Han population is characterized by the distribution of ABO blood groups BOAAB and there is no difference with gender.
