^(99m)Tc-HL91乏氧显像对肺部孤立性结节的临床诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨99m锝-4,9-二氮-3,3,10,10-四甲基十二烷-2,11-二酮肟(99mTc-HL91)乏氧显像诊断肺部孤立性结节的临床价值。方法对69例经计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)发现肺部孤立性结节患者进行肺活组织病理检查及行99mTc-HL91乏氧显像,对早期(4 h)显像和延迟(24 h)显像结果进行半定量分析,并对病理及半定量分析结果进行比较。结果 99mTc-HL91乏氧显像诊断肺部孤立性结节肺癌的准确率为91.11%(41/45)。不同时相恶性组99mTc-HL91的摄取均明显高于良性组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。恶性组24 h99mTc-HL91的摄取量明显高于4 h,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 99mTc-HL91乏氧显像应用于诊断肺部孤立性结节具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc-HL91(99mTc-4,9-diaza-3,3,10,10-tetramethyldodecan-2,11-dione dioxime) hypoxia imaging in diagnosing solitary pulmonary nodule.Methods Pathological biopsy and 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging were performed on 69 patients with solitary pulmonary nodule.The semiquantitative analysis was performed to the early(4 hours) and delayed(24 hours) images.The results of semiquantitative analysis and pathological biopsy were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging in solitary pulmonary nodule was 91.11%(41/45).The uptake of malignancy group was obviously higher than that in the optimum group in every phase(P0.01).The uptake of 99mTc-HL91 in 24 hours was obviously higher than that in 4 hours in malignancy group(P0.01).Conclusion Using 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging had high clinical value in diagnosing solitary pulmonary nodule.
