摘要
通过对上海市363名普通高校在职教师的问卷调查,运用描述性、相关性、回归统计对普通高校体育教师参与团队研究的认同度进行了分析。研究认为:知识共享及共享环境是体育科技创新的前提;参与团队研究难以满足教师心理和现实需求;高学历体育教师对体育科研团队构建认同度较高;不同科研环境下体育教师对于体育科研团队构建的认同存在较大差异性;体育科研团队构建中团队目标与部门目标不一致,难以获得部门支持;普通高校体育科研团队构建的激励机制有待完善;团队领导是团队凝聚力和良好团队文化形成的核心。
Through the survey of 363 college teachers in service in Shanghai, the study, using descriptive, correlation, gression ,analyzed the degree of recognition of the PE teachers to participate in the team?s study. The studies holds that: knowledge sharing and shared environment is the premise of sports science and technology innovation; part of a team of achers can not meet the psychological and practical needs; highly educated physical education teachers on the research am sports construction have a high degree of recognition; there is a big difference in the recognition of physical education achers in different scientific research teams for the sports construction; sports research team objectives in the team instruction and departmental goals are inconsistent, lack of access to departments to support; construction of PE research am incentives need to be improved; team leader is the core of team cohesion and good team culture formation.
