论“健商”教育对阳光体育的促进作用

摘要 学生是国家和民族未来的建设者和接班人,其健康状况一直受到党和国家的重视。从2006年我国实施阳光体育运动以来,全国各级各类学校积极响应,虽然取得了一定的成果,但是目前学生的健康状况还是不容乐观,尤其是健康的意识和健全的人格都比较薄弱。将"健商"理念引入到体育教学中,强化体育教育与"健商"教育的结合,帮助学生积极有效地评价和管理自己的身心健康,将健康文化、健康理念融入到阳光体育活动中,使阳光体育运动能够深入、持久地进行下去。 Students are builders and successors of the country and nation in the future, and their health have been given attention by the Party and state. Since the implementation of sunshine sports in 2006, throughoutthe country schools have made positive responses, and have made some achievements.However, at the present students health is not optimistic, especially their health awareness and perfect personality are weak.This paper introduces "health quotient" concept into the sports teaching, strengthening the combination of sports education and "health quotient" education ,so as to help students actively and effectively evaluate and manage their own physical and mental health, health and culture, and to make sunshine sports go deep and enduringly.
