大孔吸附树脂纯化芝麻饼中的木脂素 被引量:2

摘要 确定AB-8型大孔吸附树脂为最佳树脂,其纯化芝麻木脂素的最优工艺条件:室温,供试溶液中芝麻木脂素浓度为0.682mg/mL,pH值5,动态吸附上样液流速为1.0BV/h;解吸溶剂选用80%乙醇,动态解吸流速为1mL/min,洗脱剂上样量为5.7BV(以树脂柱体积计)。芝麻木脂素的回收率为83.90%,纯度为91.66%。
