茯苓多糖的总糖含量及糖醛酸含量测定 被引量:17

摘要 目的:建立茯苓多糖中总糖含量及糖醛酸含量的测定方法。方法:分别采用苯酚-硫酸比色法和咔唑-硫酸比色法进行操作,于分光光度计最大吸收波长处测定OD值。结果:95%醇沉茯苓多糖、70%醇沉茯苓多糖、30%醇沉茯苓多糖中总糖平均百分含量分别为67.96%、89.95%和79.16%;糖醛酸百分含量分别为8.00%、8.91%和8.65%。结论:总糖含量及糖醛酸含量的测定方法可以作为茯苓多糖的质量控制的方法。 Objective: To establish a UV method for the determination of total carbohydrate and uronic acid contents in polysaccharides from Poria cocos wolf.Method: The contents of total carbohydrate and uronic acid were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid and carbazole-sulphuric acid methods,respectively.Result: The contents of three polysaccharide fractions required by 95%,70% and 30% alcohol sedimentation were 67.96%,89.95% and 79.16%,respectively,and the contents of uronic acids in P.cocos were 8.00%,8.91% and 8.65%.Conclusion: These methods can be used for the quality control of polysaccharides from P.cocos.
