摘要
目的:观察补肾益气化瘀方对衰老大鼠免疫功能的改善作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法:Wistar青年大鼠70只,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、药物(低、中、高剂量)组,共5组(n=14)。除空白对照组外,每组腹腔注射D-半乳糖连续6周,建立亚急性衰老大鼠模型。模型建立后,药物组每天分别用不同浓度补肾益气化瘀方提取液灌胃,空白对照组、模型对照组用生理盐水灌胃,连续4周,然后检测大鼠免疫功能指标。结果:补肾益气化瘀方能明显提高衰老大鼠CD4+、CD8+、IL-2及IL-4含量(P≤0.01),显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能及半溶血素含量(P≤0.01),及大鼠脾指数、胸腺指数。结论:补肾益气化瘀方通过调节细胞因子水平和体液免疫功能,达到抗衰老的作用。
Objective： To observe the role of Bushen Yiqi Huayu prescription on amelioration of immune function in subacute aging rats.Methods： 70 young Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups：blank group,model group and drug groups（high,middle,low dose）.The models of subacute aging rats were set up by injecting D-galactose into abdominal cavity for 6 weeks.The learning-memory ability of rats were tested by Morris water maze test.Then drug groups were adminstrated with extracted fluid of Bushen Yiqi Huayu prescription for 4 weeks,the blank and model group with saline.After that,the index of immune function were examined,that is to say,the contert of cluster of differentiation antigen 4（CD4）,CD8 in serum and activity of interleukin-2（IL-2）,IL-4 in hippocampi and so on.Results：Bushen Yiqi Huayu prescription can increase the concentration of CD4＋/CD8＋,IL-2,IL-4,half hemolysin and improve the phagocytotic activity of macrophage,it could also increase the degree of the thymus index and spleen index in aging rats.Conclusion： Bushen Yiqi Huayu prescription can anti-aging by regulating the cytoking and the immune function.
