摘要
目的:观察眼针对急性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠海马脑源性神经因子(BDNF)表达的影响,探讨眼针对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的机制。方法:应用线栓法复制急性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,采用眼针治疗,于再灌注后3 h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用Western blot方法、实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RQ-PCR)方法测定海马BDNF蛋白及mRNA表达的变化。结果:与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,眼针组大鼠海马组织BDNF蛋白及mRNA表达明显上调(P<0.05)。结论:眼针具有明显的改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与上调海马组织BDNF表达有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the eye acupuncture therapy on hippocampus BDNF expression of rats with acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the related mechanism. Methods:To establish the rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by suture method.After reperfusion 3h,the neurophysical behaviours were accessed by ZeaLonga neurophysical impairment marks.The methods of Western-blotting and RQ-PCR were taken to detect the alteration of the BDNF protein and BDNF mRNA in rat hippocampus after the eye acupuncture therapy. Results:Compared with the model group,the neurologic impairment score of the eye-acupuncture group decreased obviously;The expression of BDNF protein and BDNF mRNA in rats hippocampus after the eye acupuncture therapy was strongly increased(P0.05). Conclusion:The eye acupuncture therapy can improve the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury evidently by increasing the expression of the hippocampus BDNF protein.
