摘要
目的:探讨电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的作用机制。方法:用硬化剂注射法建立兔椎动脉型颈椎病模型,给予电针治疗20天后观察血浆内皮素(ET)和血清超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果:CSA造模兔血浆ET和血清SOD含量异常:模型组与空白组相比血浆ET值明显升高(P<0.01),血清SOD值明显降低(P<0.01);电针治疗后,与模型组相比,模针组血浆ET值显著降低(P<0.05),血清SOD值显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:电针能降低CSA模型兔血浆ET的含量,提高血清SOD表达,可能通过清除自由基、调整内皮细胞功能对CSA起治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of EA on ET and SOD in blood plasm of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis rabbits. Methods:Modeling the CSA in rabbits by injecting sclerosing agent,and then observe the changes of ET and serum SOD after treatment by EA 20 days later. Results:After treated,the contents of ET and serum SOD in blood plasm changed: the content of ET rose obviously(P0.01),while the content of serum SOD declined significantly(P0.01). Conclusion:This treatment on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis rabbits can obviously regulate the contents of ET and serum SOD.The therapeutic result may be obtained by clearing free radical and regulating endothelial cells.
