摘要
本研究基于中国文化背景,对知识员工自我管理的内容结构进行了实证研究。探索性因素分析结果表明,我国知识员工自我管理呈现九因素结构,分别是:时间管理、自我认知、绩效监控改进、情绪策略、自主学习、价值目标内化、人际维系、责任意识、自然报酬策略等。该结构在验证性因素分析中得到了证实。对问卷的信度和效度的研究结果表明,本问卷是可靠的和有效的。
Based on the Chinese cuhural background, this paper puts forward an empirical research on knowledge employee self- management. The construct of knowledge employee self-management includes nine factors: time management, self-recognition, perfomanee monitoring and improvement, emotion strategy, autonomy study, internalization of value and target, interpersonal maintenance, responsibility sense, natural reward stragegy. The sclale shows adequate psychometric properties in terms of both reliability and validity. The research also found that knowledge employee self-management has a significant impact on variables of attitude and behavior.
