中国奥地利产学研合作组织模式比较研究

Comparative Research of Industry-education-research Institutions Cooperation Organization Model of China and Australia

本文对中国产业技术创新战略联盟和奥地利以卓越能力中心为核心产学研联盟的组织模式和运行机制进行了比较研究。两种类型的联盟都是在共同契约之下形成的合作创新组织,具有类似的战略目标和运行方式,适应了两国不同创新体系和国情,在促进两国产业技术进步中发挥了重要作用。

This paper makes a comparative research on industry-education-research institutions cooperation organization model and operation mechanismin of China and Australia. Chinese Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance and Austrian Competence Centers for Excellent Technologies, which both are cooperative organization for innovation founded under the common contract, with similar strategic objectives and operation mode. But these two kinds of cooperative innovation organization based on two different innovation system and conditions have both effectively promoted industrial technology progress in two countries.
