摘要
药品储存环境的好坏会直接影响药品的质量。针对这一情况,在配备了温湿度记录仪的基础上,对MODBUS协议进行了深入的研究,设计出了应用RTU传输模式的医药环境监测系统。当药品仓库的温湿度数据通过RS485总线传给PC时,上位机软件对数据进行处理最终以曲线形式实时显示并将数据保存到Access数据库中,当温湿度数据超出预先设定的范围时系统会自动报警。该系统实现了对数据的实时采集、存储与回放。实验结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,达到了预期的效果。
The storage environment of drug product will directly affect the quality of medicines.In response,we study the MODBUS protocol in this paper and design RTU transmission mode for Pharmaceutical Environmental Monitoring System based on equipped with a temperature and humidity recorder.When the temperature and humidity data in the drug warehouse is passed to the PC through RS485,the data will be processed,saved to Access database and displayed as a curve by the software of upper machine.Furthermore,the system will automatically alert when the temperature and humidity data exceeds pre-set range.The system accomplishes the real time acquisition,storage and playback of the signal.The experimental results demonstrate the good data acquisition capability of the software.
