摘要
对采用单一人体阻抗网络的泄漏电流测试系统的谐波分析技术进行了研究。首先对单一人体阻抗网络实现符合多标准的泄漏电流测试技术进行了分析,得知谐波分析是这一技术实现的关键。然后介绍了FFT(快速傅里叶变换)技术和加窗技术在谐波分析领域的应用。最后通过Matlab仿真验证了方案的可行性及高精确度。该测试系统包括电源模块、单一人体阻抗网络、信号调理电路、基于TMS320F2812的高速AD转换模块和上位机,此系统实现了单一人体阻抗网络符合多标准的泄漏电流测试,且硬件电路简单,测试精度高。
The harmonic analysis of technology which is used in leakage current test system with a single human body impedance network is researched.First we analysis multi-standard leakage current test technology with a single human impedance network and we know harmonic analysis is the key to the realization of this techniques.Then introduce the application of fast Fourier transform(FFT) technology and add window technology in the harmonic analysis.Finally through Matlab simulation verify the feasibility and high accuracy of this scheme.This system is comprised of power module,single human body impedance network,Signal regulate circuit,high-speed AD conversion module based on TMS320F2812 and PC.This system realizes the multi-standard leakage current test with a single human impedance network,also hardware circuit is simple and testing precision is high.
