介绍小型化半导体激光器稳定功率输出的工作原理，讨论环路设计及调试过程中的重要参数，给出了实验数据。
This paper introduces the principles and characterics of stabilizing the power output of a small laser diode system,discusses the important parameters in derign and adjusting process and gives the testing results.
