摘要 目的:探讨短时受精与过夜受精对胚胎质量的影响。方法:80例体外受精(IVF)周期,常规促排卵获取卵母细胞。根据患者接受体外受精的方式不同分为两组:短时受精组40个周期(实验组),精卵孵育5h;常规受精组40个周期(对照组),精卵孵育16~18h;比较两组的正常受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及妊娠率。结果:短时受精组的正常受精率为83.0%、卵裂率为98.0%、优质胚胎率为62.3%、妊娠率为42.5%。常规受精组的正常受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率和妊娠率分别为81.6%、96.5%、47.5%、30.0%。两组的正常受精率、卵裂率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但短时受精组的优质胚胎率、妊娠率高于常规受精组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缩短精卵孵育时间不影响受精及卵裂,但能提高胚胎质量,从而提高胚胎的种植潜能。 Objective :To study the effect of embryo quality in short-time fertilization and convention fertilization. Methods:A total of 80 IVF-ET cycles, all the oocytes studies were collected from the conventional ovulation cycles,which were allocated into two groups according to two different fertilization ways given to the patients: In short-time IVF group 40 cycles,the oocytes were incubated with the sperms for 5 hours. Convention:fertilization group 40 cycles. The oocytes were incubated with sperms for 16~18 hours. The fertility rates, cleavage rates, hight quality embryo rates and pregnancy, rates were compared between the two groups. Results:In short-time fertilization group, normal fertilization rates was 83.0 %, cleavage rates 98.0 %, high quality embryo rates 62.3 %, pregnancy rates 42.5%. Convention fertilization group, normal fertilization rates, cleavage rates, high quality embryo rates, clinical pregnancy rates were 81.6% ,96.5% ,47.5% ,30.0%. In the present study, there was no significant difference in general fertilization rates, cleavage rates(P〉0.05), but high quality embryo, pregnancy rates in short time groups was high than that in general fertilization and there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The short time incubation of oocytes and sperm is a simple and effective way in IVF-ET as it can promote the embryo quality and raise fertility rate.
