摘要 目的:探讨胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)在结核性胸膜炎中的临床诊断价值。方法:采用速率法对56例结核性胸腔积液患者和50例恶性胸腔积液患者的胸水ADA进行检测,比较两组胸水ADA活性水平及阳性率。结果:结核性胸腔积液组ADA活性和阳性率明显高于恶性胸腔积液组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:胸水ADA活性对结核性胸膜炎的早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要临床价值。 Objective:To explore the importance of pleural effusion adenosine deaminase in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods:Using the velocity method to tes.t the adenosine deaminase ADA in 56 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion and 50 cases of malignant pleural effusion. The activity levels and positive rates in the two groups were compared. Results:The activity level and positive rate of the tuberculous pleural effusion group was obviously higher than that of malignant pleural effusion group,and the difference was significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The activity level of pleural effusion ADA is very important to the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis
