复方樟柳碱联合穴位按摩治疗婴幼儿视神经萎缩疗效观察

Effect of Co.Zhangliujian combined spot massage for treatment of optical nerve atrophy in children

目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合穴位按摩治疗婴幼儿视神经萎缩的疗效。方法:将25例年龄在3个月至3周岁,确诊为视神经萎缩,排除视网膜病变及遗传性视神经病变,用复方樟柳碱患眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,1次/d,14d为1个疗程,间歇14d后继续第2个疗程,共3个疗程,治疗期间同时进行眼周及相关穴位按摩,观察3个月。结果:治疗后患儿追视或固视明显好转,FVEPP1波已出现或P1潜时明显缩短,有效率92%。结论:复方樟柳碱联合穴位按摩治疗婴幼儿视神经萎缩能有效提高视力。

Objective.To observe the effect of Co. Zhangliujian combined spot massage for treatment of optical nerve atrophy in children. Methods：25 cases of optical nerve atrophy without hereditary optical nerve lesion, aged from 3 m. to 3 y. were treated by co. Zhangliujian combined spot massage. Co. zhangliujian was injected subcutaneously nearby the eye artery, one time per day. 14 days consisted of one treatment course. Total 3 treatment course were carried out. The spots around the eyes were massaged during the treatment course. The patients were followed up for 3 months. Results：After the treatment, the vision of patients recovered remarkably. FVEPP1 wave appeared with the effective rate 92 %. Conclusion：Co. zhangliujian combined spot massage can improve the vision of children with optical nerve atrophy.
