Study on Development Stages of Organized Crime in Chinese Mainland

在当前打击黑社会性质组织犯罪的过程中,一系列理论问题引起关注,《刑法修正案(八)》惩处黑社会性质组织等犯罪的修正规定,加大了打击力度。为了有效控制黑社会性质组织犯罪,认真分析新中国成立以来有组织犯罪的滋生、发展过程,正确认识不同阶段有组织犯罪的特点,至关重要。

There are series of theoretical issues concerned in the process of fighting against underworld society and organized crimes currently. The Amendment Ⅷ to the Criminal Law about the punishment on criminal organiza-tion and other criminals reinforces the cracking down on such crimes. In order to control organized crime effectively, it is important to analyze the breeding environment, development of organized crime since the founding of our country, and it is also essential to understand all characteristics of different stages of organized crime.
