浅析目前警用装备采购合同存在的主要问题及其法律完善

警用装备采购合同是公安以及武装警察部队与民用工业部门之间签订的为实现警用装备的生产和采购并明确相互权利关系的经济合同。本文就从警用装备采购合同内容和特点出发,研究和分析了目前警用装备采购合同存在的主要问题,并提出解决和完善警用装备采购合同的法律措施。警用装备采购合同法律上的完善,有助于规范装备采购行为,提高装备采购效益,进而全面推进警用装备的现代化建设。

Policing equipment purchasing contracts are economic contracts defining rights and obligations between the police and the civilian supplier. This article, based on the contents and characteristics of the contracts, first analyzes the main problems and then proposes solutions to improve the contracts. The perfection of the contract terms would be conducive to the normalization and efficiency of purchasing practices, and would further the modernization of policing equipment.
