摘要 本文介绍了CRI-100I晶体光轴定向仪的工作原理、仪器设计、误差源及精度分析,同时也介绍了该仪器的应用。CRI-100I晶体光轴定向仪结构简单、工件装夹方便、定向精度高。当采用激光锥光干涉图时,对比度好、观察和读数方便。测出的数据经微机测角误差修正软件的处理,可以使测量值达到更高的精度。 The principle, design, error sourse and precision, as well as the application ofCRI-100I--an instrument to direct, the optical axis of crystal are presented Theinstrument has advantages of simple structure, easiness of holding and high precisionof direction. As alaser cone light interferogram is used, the contrast is good, and itis easy to be observed and read. If the data tested is treated by the software revisingthe error of angle measurement, the value will be measured with higher precision.
