动机、能力和网上商圈对中小企业电子商务绩效影响实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文基于动机能力和企业资源观理论,充分考虑到web2.0时期电子商务特征,构筑中小企业电子商务使用的动机-能力理论模型,指出中小企业的效率采纳动机、合法性采纳动机、电子商务能力、信息系统能力、财务能力以及网上商圈构筑能力影响电子商务绩效。在问卷调查的基础上,收集了192个中小企业的数据,利用因子分析法和回归方法对理论框架进行了验证。实证结果表明,电子商务能力以及网上商圈构筑能力对所有的电子商务绩效指标有促进作用。
