二轮志书优特点浅析——以部分志书为分析样本

Brief Analysis of the Merits and Features of Second-round Local Records-Taking Certain Local Records as Analysis Samples

二轮修志是在首轮修志进行了20年的实践和探索的基础上展开的,有比首轮修志更多的理论支撑,而且所处的时代和条件发生了很大的变化。正因为得益于多种有利条件,二轮志书也就有了自身的优长和特点。以部分志书为分析样本,笔者认为二轮修志更加注重篇目创新,使志书特色得到充分反映;充分收集多样性资料,使志书记述内容更加全面丰富;不断探索记述方法,使志书著述性和学术品位有所提升。因此,就目前已经出版的二轮志书而言,其总体质量要优于首轮志书,同时二轮志书质量还有进一步提升的空间。

The second round of local records compilation was carried out on the basis of 20 years’ practice and exploration during the first round of local records compilation, with more theoretical support than the first round, and great changes in terms of time and conditions. Benefiting from various favorable conditions, the second-round local records have their own merits and features. Using certain local records as analysis samples, the author takes the view that the second round of local records compilation put more emphasis on content innovation, fully reflecting the features of local records;comprehensively collected various materials, making the content of local records richer and more complete;constantly explored ways of recording, uplifting the readability and academic taste of local records.Therefore, in view of the second-round local records already published by now, their overall quality is better than the first-round local records. Meanwhile, there is still room for improvement for the second-round local records.
