非油品业务,是指依托加油站网络和客户资源,为客户提供燃油、燃气以外的商品或服务,以满足客户延伸需求的商业活动。全球加油站非油品业务大致经历了3个发展阶段:20世纪50-70年代,非油品业务开始在加油站出现,主要代表是美国。该阶段的非油品业务主要围绕汽车展开,规模较小,服务也不够规范。20世纪70-90年代,非油品业务呈快速发展态势,日本、欧洲国家纷纷跟进。便利店成为这个阶段非油品业务的发展主流。20世纪90年代至今,非油品业务渐趋成熟并进入高级发展阶段,主要体现在重视品牌形象和实行连锁经营。面对激烈的市场竞争和利润下滑的威胁,我国加油站纷纷引入了便利店、汽车养护与维修、餐饮、广告代理、通讯服务、银行提款机、彩票销售、化肥和农业生产资料销售等非油品业务。中国石化和中国石油两家龙头企业分别建立了自主品牌便利店"易捷"和"昆仑好客"。据报道,2010年,中国石化和中国石油分别创下了非油品业务销售额57亿元和46.8亿元的佳绩。商务部2010年2月11日发布的《关于促进加油站非油品业务发展的指导意见》明确指出,各石油企业要采取措施大力发展非油品业务,以便为加油站带来新的利润和效益,从而提升企业品牌和市场竞争力。可见,非油品业务作为石油企业新的利润增长点,日益受到政府和石油企业的关注。当今,加油站经营已经步入"准便利店"时代。加油站的角色发生了根本性改变。综观国内外加油站非油品经营的历史与现状,我们可以得出这样的结论:加油站的油气销售与非油品经营是相互依存,相互促进,不可分割的,是消费者的必然需求,是中国加油站发展的必然趋势。"非油品业务大有可为,非油品业务大有作为,非油品业务大有前途。"
