摘要
随着自动化领域地不断扩展,需要测量的参数日益增多,对于低层测量仪器仪表的要求逐渐提高,对"感知"节的传统传感器进一步提出了数字化、智能化、标准化的紧迫要求。本文通过非集成化实现方式,实现了传统传感器的智能化。基于数据采集卡DAQ和LabVIEW平台从理论和实际上实现了一种虚拟/集成仪器式智能传感器系统的设计,通过Matlab仿真和实验表明,该系统能够完成数据的精确采集、A/D和D/A转换、智能化非线性校正、数据保存和分析、网络化等功能,并且实现了"大轴尺寸测量系统"课题的要求,具有一定的实用价值。同时,根据实际测量需要,利用软件通过增加新的"智能"也可以将其用于其它的测量系统,因而具有一定的推广价值。
With the incessant expansion of the field of automation,an increasing number of parameters to be measured,the requirements for low-layer measuring instruments increases gradually,the conventional sensors as the"perception"have been made a number of further urgent requirements of digitalization,intelligence,standardization and so on.Through non-integrated manner,this paper realizes to turn the traditional sensors to intelligent ones.Based on data acquisition card DAQ and LabVIEW platforms, in theory and practical ways,this paper realizes a virtual / integrated instrument design of smart sensor system,the Matlab simulations and experiment results show that the system can accurately complete the data acquisition,A / D and D / A conversion,intelligent nonlinear calibration,data storage and analysis,networking and other functions,and the realization of the"shaft size measurement system"subject requirements can prove that it has some practical value.Meanwhile,according to the actual need,we can use the software to add new"smart"functions,so it can also be used in other measurement systems and has some promotional value.
