我国从20世纪80年代开始大批进口工程机械,经过多年的使用,此类设备残值已经很低,很多工程机械出现了故障率增加、综合技术性能下降和使用成本增加等现象。为提高设备使用效率,充分发挥其残余价值,一些施工企业和维修企业不断尝试采用新工艺、新材料和国产配件进行技术改造,取得了一些宝贵经验,那么什么样的工程机械才适合改造?改造时需注意哪些事项?对于企业来讲,如何改造和修复才能取得不错的经济效益?本刊邀请相关人士结合各自公司的情况谈了他们具体改造实践和体会。

From the 1980s,China has begun to import large numbers of construction machineries. After years of consuming,this equipments＇ salvage value is the approach to zero or extremely low.Plenty of construction machineries have increased AFR （Annualized failure rate）.Furthermore,the integrated technical performance decreased and use-cost increased significantly.Many construction enterprises and maintenance enterprises try persistently to improve the efficient use of the equipment with new techniques,new materials and domestic accessories,give full play to the residual value.These efforts have also made some valuable lessons.
