Integrated Resource Scheduling and Bidding in Deregulated Electric Power Market

摘要 基于各个电力供应商如何在新的电力市场中给出自己的竞标策略以使利益最大化,结合序优化的方法通过对一个简单电力市场竞标调度仿真模型的研究,给出了解决电力市场中电力供应商选择竞标策略一种有效的方法和新的思路。 The electric power industry is in revolution world wide, under the new market structure, resource scheduling is integrated with bidding in the market, and power supplier and ststem operators are facing a new spectrum of issues and challenges. In this paper, an intelligent computational method called Ordinal Optimization is to be developed to solver this complicated optimization problems, the major task in applying ordinal optimization is to find the “good enough” bidding strategies with high probability, not to find the optimum. A simple numerical testing for a resource scheduling and bidding problem shows that the ordinal optimization is a very effective and new method.
