基于三相整流电路的电阻寄生参数计算及仿真 被引量:6

Calculation and Simulation of Resistance Parasitic Parameters Based on Three-Phase Rectifying Circuit

摘要 阐述了电阻的高频特性,基于阻抗分析仪获取电阻的寄生参数,在SABER仿真软件中建立了三相桥式全控整流电路的高频仿真模型并对其进行仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析,验证了寄生参数对系统的影响。 The resistance parasitic parameters can be obtained through impedance analyzer.And considering the high frequency characteristics of resistance,the high frequency simulation model for three-phase full-controlled bridge rectifying circuit was established by means of SABER simulation software.The simulation results verify the impact of parasitic parameters on the system.
