摘要
智能电表的应用作为智能电网的终端环节广受重视。远程集中抄表是最终实现高级计量系统的第一阶段,也是基础环节,虽已在低压居民用户的应用上逐渐普及,但尚较少应用于110 kV以下非居民用户。针对该情况进行探讨,选取110 kV以下非居民用户试点地区进行实例分析与系统设计,并分析了其社会经济效益。
Nowadays,Smart Grid has become one of the themes of power network development.As the ultimate part of Smart Grid,the application of Smart Meters has gotten worldwide attention.Remote Meter Reading(AMR) is the first stage of the ultimate system for advanced metering(AMI),and also is the basic link.Currently,the application on low-voltage residents of AMR are increasingly popularity,but the application on non-residential customers is also relatively rare.In this paper,according to the situation,we make a certain discussion,we select a pilot area for a case study and system design.Finally,our work is analyse the social and economic benefits of smart meters.
