摘要
活性炭由于其良好的孔隙结构及催化特性,是一种较好的烟气汞吸附剂。采用燃煤烟气测汞仪,在自行开发的实验室规模的吸附剂评价试验台上对活性炭吸附烟气中汞的吸附效率进行了试验研究。结果表明,未改性的木质活性炭及煤质活性炭在模拟烟气条件下吸附烟气汞的效率分别达到63.38%和58.65%。采用NaBr化学改性后的木质活性炭吸附效率大大提高,对烟气汞的吸附效率可达到89.1%,表明NaBr改性提高了活性炭表面孔结构,同时Br元素对汞具有氧化作用。
With good pore structure and catalytic properties,activated carbon is a popular mercury absorbent of flue gas.In this paper,flue gas mercury analyzer is used to evaluate the efficiency of activated carbon adsorption of mercury in flue gas.In the condition of simulated flue gas,the mercury adsorption efficiencies of native activated carbon by wooden and activated carbon made from coal are 63.38% and 58.65% respectively.After chemical modification with NaBr,the adsorption efficiency of modified activated carbon made from wood greatly increases and the flue gas mercury adsorption efficiency could reach up to 89.1%.The reason is that NaBr modification improves porous structure on AC particles surface,and Br shows oxidation effect to elemental mercury.
