摘要
本系统采用国产扫描仪， 与ＰＣ机相连， 用ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋ ＋ 语言在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ操作系统下完成了半导体管芯自动计数程序的开发研究。晶片划片后经扫描得到图象数据，再对图象进行处理，计算出芯片数目。采用ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ编程技术，该程序可以嵌入到其他语言环境。最大扫描面积为１１ｉｎ×８ｉｎ，
A home made scanner and a PC were used to form the counter system for semiconductor chips.After cleaved,a wafer is scanned into an image file and then processed to determine the number of chips on it.This procedure is programmed using MS Visual C++ 6 0 and can run under Windows 95 or higher.Using Active X,it can be embedded into other language such as visual basic.The maximum scanning area is 11×8 square inches.
