患者对公立医院的利益诉求分析及其启示

Empirical study on the interests claims of patients in public hospitals

目的对我国公立医院患者的利益诉求进行实证研究。方法通过问卷调查，使用因子分析和配对T检验对数据进行归纳分析，并结合单因素方差分析进行比较研究。结果患者的利益诉求可以归纳成6个因子，各类型患者对公立医院的利益诉求总体上的差异不具有显著性。结论当前公立医院满足患者利益诉求的重点是提高医疗技术服务水平和切实降低医疗费用。

Objective To give an empirical study on the interests claims of patients in public hospitals. Methods By questionnaire investigation, to sum up data using factor analysis and paired-samples T test, and to compare difference between different kinds of patients using ANOVA. Results The interests claims of patients can be summed up to six factors and there is no significant difference between different kinds of patients. Conclusion At current stage, public hospitals need improve medical technique and cut down medical expenses.
