近年来欧洲国家的大学专利技术转移活动日趋活跃,而瑞士大学的专利技术转移活动更是其优秀代表。在对瑞士大学技术转移背景做了简单介绍的基础上,进行了瑞士大学专利技术转移情况的国际比较研究。继而,研究了瑞士大学专利技术转移的成功因素。最后,提出了对我国大学专利技术转移活动的经验借鉴。

In recent years,university patent technology transfer activities are increasingly becoming active in European countries.The patent technology transfer activities in Swiss universities represent the most excellent example.Based on the brief introduction of the background of Swiss university technology transfer,patent technology transfer of Swiss university is researched at a comparative and international level.Furthermore,the successful factors of university patent technology transfer in Switzerland are studied.At last,referential experiences are drawn for Chinese university patent technology transfer activities.
