“创新过程”视角的中小企业创新能力结构化评价研究

Research on the Structural Evaluation of SMEs' Innovation Capability Based on 'Innovation Process'

基于"创新过程"视角构建了中小企业创新能力评价指标体系,通过对235家中小企业的实证研究,明确了中小企业的创新能力结构,并引入雷达图方法实现了中小企业创新能力评价的可视化。首先,通过对过程视角的中小企业创新能力评价研究的回顾,构建了"创新过程"视角的中小企业创新能力评价体系。随后,通过因子分析明确了中小企业的创新能力结构,分为创新发起能力、创新实现能力和创新推广能力三部分,其中,创新发起能力包括战略管理能力、资源支持能力和学习能力,创新实现能力包括研究与开发能力和制造能力,创新推广能力包括营销能力和组织能力。最后,引入雷达图方法实现了对中小企业创新能力的可视化评价。

This article establishes an evaluation system of innovation capability in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises（SMEs） based on ＇Innovation Process＇,and through empirical analyses on 235 SMEs,explores the structure of innovation capability in SMEs,and then apply radar chart to visualize the efforts.Firstly,through analyzing evaluation system of innovation capability based on ＇Innovation Process＇,the article establishes evaluation factors of innovation capability in SMEs by exploratory factor analysis,and classifies innovation capability structure of SMEs into three aspects：innovation realized capability,innovation diffused capability,and innovation initiated capability.The innovation initiated capability includes strategy management capability,resource supporting capability and learning capability;innovation realized capability includes research development capability and manufacturing capability;innovation diffused capability includes marketing capability and organizing capability.Finally,the article use radar chart to visualize the index of innovation capability in SMEs.
