摘要
产业集群转型升级是区域经济发展阶段转换的必然趋势和路径。然而,中小企业数量众多的产业组织特征严重制约了产业集群转型升级。基于此,在对区域创新平台的内涵、运行机理进行理论分析的基础上,理论和实证地论证了区域创新平台推动产业集群转型升级的重要意义与可行性,最后从多层级互动的角度辨析了产业集群视阈下区域创新平台建设和发展的架构、实施模式及重点。
The upgrading of industry cluster is the trend and path to promote the regional economy.However,there are a lot of medium and small sized business enterprises in industry cluster,so that it is very hard to upgrade industry cluster.So,after identifying the meaning and mechanism of Regional Innovative Platform（RIP）,this essay proves that it is very important and possible to upgrade industry cluster with the help of RIP.At the end,we give out the framework and model of RIP＇s construction.
