摘要
在价值链模型的基础上,把技术创新过程划分为两个环节,利用我国高技术产业1998—2009年的相关数据对五个高技术行业技术创新转换效率和转化效率进行静态比较分析和变异系数差异变化分析,结果发现,我国高技术的技术创新转换效率逐年提升,而转化效率逐年下降,从而揭示了数年来研发投入和经济效益背离的原因;我国五个高技术行业之间的转换效率和转化效率差距在逐年缩小,并趋于高技术产业的平均水平。
The technology innovation process is divided into two areas in the value chain model.Using a static comparative analysis between transformation efficiency and conversion efficiency of technological innovation with data on five high-tech industries from 1998 to 2007,we argued that the transformation efficiency of technological innovation increased from 1998 to 2007,while the conversion efficiency decreased,which reveals the deviation between RD and economic benefits;the gap between the five high-tech industries on transformation efficiency and conversion efficiency has been reduced and tended to the average level of high-tech industry.
