摘要
通过霍夫曼烷基化反应和季铵化反应,以溴代十二烷为原料,哌嗪为联结基合成了一种双尾双季铵盐表面活性剂,通过溴酚蓝两相滴定法,测定产物的含量w=98.11%,用IR和1HNMR对产物的结构进行了表征。测定了55℃下产物水溶液的临界胶束浓度(cm c)为0.50 mmol/L,γcm c为28.95 mN/m。抑菌活性实验结果表明,产物对褐球固氮菌、硝化细菌、金葡萄球菌、黄瓜脚斑病菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌具有优异的抑菌效果,合成产物属于低毒化合物。
A kind of two tailed bisquaternary ammonium salt surfactant was prepared by Hofmann alkylation and quaterisation with bromododecane as starting material.Active matter content of the product was examined by bromophenol blue two-phase titration method,which reaches 98.11%.The structure of the target product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR.The surface activity of aqueous solution of the product at 55 ℃ was measured as cmc=0.50 mmol·L-1,and γcmc=28.95 mN·m-1.The antimicrobial performance of the two tailed product was examined.Results showed that the product exhibits outstanding bacteriostatic properties against Nitrogen-fixing bacteria,Nitrobacteria,Staphylococcus aureus,Cladosporium,Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Acute toxicity test result of the product showed that the product is a sort of low toxicity compound.
