摘要
以四甲基乙二胺、月桂酸和亚硫酰氯等为主要原料制备了乙撑双(二甲基)季铵盐基双月桂酸甲酯(BQ-12),用红外光谱对目标产物结构进行了表征。经测定BQ-12的cmc为0.14 mmol.L-1,γcmc为29.5 mN.m-1;BQ-12/TLS复配体系的cmc和γcmc低于DTAB/TLS复配体系;BQ-12同时还具有良好的稳泡和润湿性能。
Cationic gemini surfactant dimethylene-1,2-dimethyl methyl-carboxyl-dodecyl bisquaternary ammonium bromide(BQ-12) was synthesized by using tetramethylethylenediamine,lauric acid and thionyl chloride as raw materials.Structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The surface activity of the product was measured.The cmc and γcmc of BQ-12 achieves 0.14 mmol·L-1 and 29.5 mN·m-1 respectively.The cmc and γcmc of BQ-12/TLS blend system were lower than that of DTAB/ TLS blend system.Besides,BQ-12 displays excellent foam stability and wetting power.
